The W.W. Reynolds Team

Chris Riley has worked in asset and property management with W.W. Reynolds since 1987. He specializes in commercial real estate management including office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial properties. Chris’s responsibilities include supervision of property management activities; oversight of management and accounting systems; review, preparation, and analysis of financial data; tenant relations and contact; and owner communications and recommendations.

Chris has lived in Boulder most his life and has three grown children. Chris earned both a bachelor’s degree in business (major in real estate) and an MBA from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Chris is an avid skier and enjoys hiking, cycling, scuba diving, and reading.
