The W.W. Reynolds Team

Marty started his commercial real estate career in 1984 after having spent seven years in commercial lending. He has worked in the Boulder county commercial real estate market as a broker and property manager. In 1995, Marty joined the Pratt Management Company and became the General Manager of the 2.2 million square foot portfolio located in Longmont CO. Following the sale of the Pratt portfolio he joined W.W. Reynolds in January of 2007 as the asset manager.

Marty is a Boulder native and graduated from the College of Business (Accounting and Finance) University of Colorado. He is married to his high school sweetheart and has two daughters living out of state.
